My gorgeous Shazam.... what a girl! Shazam is out of my Kitty and Dexter. When she was born I nicknamed her "Shazam" because of the lightening type marking that was apparent at the time on her head. After watching the litter grow, at 8 weeks of age she was my pick bitch puppy and her name has stuck. Her litter have pedigree names to do with a 'show' theme because they were born on the night of the Royal Adelaide Show. Thankfully her mum waited for me to return after a day of showing. Shazam has lovely movement and willing to please and is doing quite well in the show ring with a couple of Baby of Breeds and recently moved up in Junior Puppy class at 6 months old.
Shazam and I travelled to QLD in June, 2016 to compete in the 4th Border Collie Nationals. Shazam got her herding certificate and competed without being placed in a large line up of best gaited bitch and intermediate bitch classes. We had lots of fun and Shazam travelled well.
Shazam has done me proud with her showing over 2016/2017. She has won herself 4 bitch challenges, a BOB and a couple of ruBOB's adding points towards her championship title.
